The Kingdom

The Kingdom of God is to be established upon the earth at the return of Christ. Its centre will be Jerusalem, and it will replace all existing kingdoms of men, bringing righteousness and peace to this war-weary world.

In the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed, nor shall its sovereignty be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand for ever. - Daniel 2:44

The LORD will become king over all the earth; on that day the LORD will be one and his name one. - Zechariah 14:9

At that time Jerusalem shall be called the throne of the LORD, and all nations shall gather to it, to the presence of the LORD in Jerusalem, and they shall not more stubbornly follow their own evil heart. - Jeremiah 3:17

Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in the synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every disease and every infirmity. - Matthew 4:23

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven. - Matthew 6:10

The times of ignorance God overlooked, but now he commands all men everywhere to repent, for he has fixed a day on which he will judge the world in righteousness by that man whom he has appointed, and of this he has given assurance to all men by raising him from the dead. - Acts 17:30-31

The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever. - Revelation 11:15
